In this 6 session coaching programme, we’ll look at your pain with fresh eyes. I’ll help you understand what’s really causing your pain and how you can use mind/body tools to help you break free from your chronic pain cycle.
During our coaching sessions, you’ll build your own Living Without Pain toolkit with simple but effective practices, tips and tools that you can use immediately to start learning to live without pain.
In your normal, every day world, you’ll start doing all the things you’ve been missing out on for so long, whether that’s moving freely, kneeling, gardening or playing with your children or grandchildren. Or climbing mountains or running that marathon or getting your golf swing back under control if that’s more your style.
