30 Days of Inspiration for Mindful Living

As we navigate the coronavirus and lockdown challenges, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about how I can help you take good care of your physical and mental wellbeing.

I’ve come to realise that at least part of the answer lies in what’s been helping me – and that’s been less, not more. My brain has needed less doing and more resting to cope with life as it is now and I figure I can’t be the only one that’s having that experience.

The more I thought about it, the more I realised I wanted to find a way to help that was peaceful, promoted ease and created spaciousness.

I’ve created a mindfulness calendar for you that contains tips for ways you can incorporate simple mindfulness practices into your life over the next 30 days.

A common misconception is that being mindful has to be all about formal meditation practices. While meditation can indeed be an important part of a mindfulness practice, there are all sorts of other simple ways you can build your mindfulness muscles and experience the benefits mindfulness offers.

One of the keys to building resilience and weathering this COVID-19 storm will be regularly doing things that help you take good care of yourself. So with that in mind, please enjoy a mindful break every day…
