TRE uses seven simple physical exercises to help the body release patterns of stress and deep muscular tension. In experiencing TRE for yourself, you’ll get to connect with your body so you feel re-energised, revitalised and refreshed.
A TRE Foundation package is perfect for those who want to master the basics of TRE. Classes can be conducted in private 1 on 1 sessions or as part a group. In four sessions, I’ll help you understand more about TRE so you start developing the confidence to do TRE on your own, anywhere, any time.
The TRE Foundation package will help you learn TRE and experience self regulation in a safe environment. We’ll have time to discuss whatever questions arise as you learn this unique self-care method and build a strong foundation for your own home practice.
This 12 session programme will be completely customised for you. We’ll start with a thorough assessment of what’s not working in your life and what you’d like to change. Once we know what the end goal is, we’ll map a path together to the life you want. We’ll use a combination of TRE, mind-body, personal development and life management skills and tools to help you build a rich, full and meaningful life.
Always exploring with gentle curiosity, we’ll put together a plan that helps you manage stress, relieve anxiety, reduce pain and release tension so you improve your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. You’ll practice tools and techniques that help you develop the skills and confidence you need to navigate challenging life events with intention, vitality and passion.

TRE Drop In Groups
I also run regular Drop in Groups for those who’ve completed a TRE Foundation programme or have had prior experience of TRE. These groups are for those who have learned TRE, want to build a consistent practice and explore more of what TRE has to offer in a supportive and encouraging group environment. Drop in Groups cost $30 and last for 90 minutes. Classes can be bought individually, although I am offering a concession card for $135 (10% discount) if you buy 5 classes at a time.
