TRE uses seven simple physical exercises to help the body release patterns of stress and deep muscular tension. By stretching and fatiguing various muscles, the exercises induce natural tremors and help the body shake off stress and release and unwind muscle tension.   • 1 x 75 minute individual or 90 minute group class with me in Auckland’s rolling countryside. Individual TRE Taster classes can also be held on Skype, Zoom or FaceTime if you’re further afield.

The Basic Shake Learn TRE with Brenda Willie Auckland life coachA TRE Foundation package is perfect for those who want to master the basics of TRE. Classes can be conducted in private 1 on 1 sessions or as part a group. In four sessions, I’ll help you understand more about TRE so you start developing the confidence to do TRE on your own, anywhere, any time.

The TRE Foundation package will help you learn TRE and experience self regulation in a safe environment. We’ll have time to discuss whatever questions arise as you learn this unique self-care method and build a strong foundation for your own home practice.

INCLUDES

  • 4 TRE sessions with me in Auckland’s rolling countryside if you’re local or on Skype, Zoom or FaceTime if you’re further afield
  • Bonus check in session 2 weeks after the programme to deal with any queries that have arisen in your practice

Shake and Talk learn TRE in Auckland with Blue Chair Wisdom life coach Brenda WillieThis 12 session programme will be completely customised for you. We’ll start with a thorough assessment of what’s not working in your life and what you’d like to change. Once we know what the end goal is, we’ll map a path together to the life you want. TRE Drop In Groups

I also run regular Drop in Groups for those who’ve completed a TRE Foundation programme or have had prior experience of TRE. These groups are for those who have learned TRE, want to build a consistent practice and explore more of what TRE has to offer in a supportive and encouraging group environment. Drop in Groups cost $30 and last for 90 minutes. Classes can be bought individually, although I am offering a concession card for $135 (10% discount) if you buy 5 classes at a time.
